Milk powders

Milk powders are obtained by spray drying of an appropriate raw material. As a raw material to this process we use accordingly:

– highly pasteurized milk with a normalized fat content

– concentrated skimmed milk

– acidified milk

– pasteurized sweet whey.

Milk powders do not contain preservatives, chemical additives, unidentified substances and impurities. They are widely used in food industry.

Whey powders

Whey powder is made from liquid, pasteurized whey dried in a spraying device. It is a finely ground dry powder.

Cheeses and cheese-like products

Hard and semi-hard cheeses are made from fresh milk. The clot is formed by separating fat and protein from milk and then processing it by: mixing, pressing, hardening, brining and ripening. There are many different types of cheese divided by  kinds of milk, fat content, texture, production process or ripening time.

Butter

Butter in blocks with 82% fat content is produced only from pasteurized cream and with no addition of chemicals or preservatives. It has nice milky taste and pleasant aroma. It contains natural vitamins like A, D and E but also carotenoids. Butter packed in blocks is a comfortable product for food industry, HoReCa sector and also retail trade
